Matt Rozeski
President & CEO
I’m Matt Rozeski, President & CEO of Penguin Pools.
After college (which I attended for four years but never graduated from), I launched a cable TV contracting company, where we specialized in door-to-door sales and installed digital cable and high-speed internet services for residential customers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.
In 2004, I founded Penguin Pools out of my home with nothing more than a desire to make a living and work outdoors. What I didn’t anticipate was how deeply I would fall in love with the industry and the lasting impact it would have on my life.
The construction process and the transformation of our customers’ backyards quickly became my passion. Building pools is more than just a job—it’s part of who I am. We don’t just install pools; we create lasting memories and traditions for families and friends. It’s not just about filling a hole with water—it’s about enhancing lives.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people and learning from a great mentor (NY Yoda) who guided me in the right direction. I’ve served on the Latham Advisory Board and Builders Council, held an officer position with the Midwest PHTA chapter, and traveled across the U.S. to train and assist other builders while doing what I love.
I also owe a great deal to my wife, who is my rock. She keeps me grounded, and focused, and is my best friend, supporting me every step of the way.

Chris Winkelman
Project Manager
I'm Chris Winkelman, Project Manager at Penguin Pools.
I went to a technical college where I studied fire science while also volunteering as a firefighter for 10 years. At the same time, I worked in low voltage across residential and commercial settings, covering 17 states over 20 years.
Since I joined Penguin Pools, what I have loved most is seeing our customers’ yards transform from open spaces into places where lasting memories are made. There’s nothing better than a beautiful pool bringing family and friends together—kids laughing, great conversations happening—it’s truly rewarding to be part of that process from start to finish while building strong relationships with our customers.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, volunteering, and being outdoors. In the winter, I coach high school wrestling, working closely with young athletes preparing for college or the workforce. While winning is great, my main focus is teaching integrity, discipline, a strong work ethic, and solid morals.

Director of Accounting & Human Resources
I'm Angela Risser, the Director of Accounting and Human Resources.
I graduated from Concordia University and spent 15 years in the healthcare industry business office. I joined Penguin Pools in 2015 and haven't looked back! I grew up in Eagle, WI, and now live in Mukwonago where my husband and I have raised our son and daughter. Once a small-town girl, always a small-town girl. I love the swimming pool industry, where there is always something new to learn, and I look forward to continuing to grow and help our customers.

Dave Milde
Construction Foreman
I’m Dave Milde, construction foreman and building guru of Penguin Pools.
After graduating high school in 1995, I was first introduced to the pool industry. I attended college in Rochester, MN, studying marketing and sales while working at my cousin’s pool and spa store. There, I gained hands-on experience building pools and installing spas, quickly realizing my passion for the craft.
In 1999, I took a leap and started my own pool installation company, subcontracting for six different pool stores across Wisconsin and Minnesota. I thrived on the challenge of transforming backyards into personal paradises. In 2005, I began my journey with Penguin Pools, spending the next several years traveling and installing pools throughout both states.
By 2010, with the arrival of my first son, my priorities shifted. The travel-heavy lifestyle was no longer ideal, and an opportunity arose to join Penguin Pools full-time. My passion for building high-quality pools aligned perfectly with the company’s vision. Since then, Penguin Pools has been my home, allowing me to do what I love while continuing to learn and grow every day.

Gaelan Seibold
Service Manager
My name is Gaelan Seibold, and I currently serve as the Service Manager at Penguin Pools.
I began my career with Penguin Pools in 2013, initially working as a Labor Hand during the summer months while attending college. It was during this time that I discovered my preference for hands-on work over traditional office settings. In 2017, I was offered a full-time position, and by 2019, I was promoted to Service Manager.
I love the challenge that this industry has to offer. Rather than specializing in a single area, we are tasked with becoming experts in multiple disciplines, which continuously challenges me and keeps the work engaging.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to expand my expertise and cultivate meaningful relationships within the industry. I am passionate about contributing to the growth of the profession, and I currently serve on the board of the PHTA Midwest Wave, an organization dedicated to helping pool professionals under 40 advance their careers through education and networking.
Outside of my professional life, I am an avid golfer, runner, and outdoor enthusiast. My wife and I enjoy traveling and exploring the many experiences the world has to offer.
