(Consumer Product Safety Commissions)

Penguin Pools strictly follows the Consumer Product Safety Commissions’ (CPSC) guidelines when we install fencing around your pool. Each state and county has its own guidelines. We’ve been installing fencing for over a decade in Southeastern Wisconsin, in several counties (Waukesha, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, and others) and we know exactly what the regulations are for each. Generally, swimming pool fencing must be at least 48″ high for most municipalities, and, if a gate is added, they must be self-closing or latching gates.
