    Construction Crew Member
    Description of Duties :
    • Build and transform backyards into beautiful poolscapes
    • Work outdoors
    • Strive for excellence with a team of amazing pool builders
    • Work with large machinery in a safe work environment
    Skill Set & Experience Needed :
    • You work well alone and with others in a team
    • Construction experience desired but will train the right person
    • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Plumbing experience a plus but not required
    • Concrete experience a plus but not required
    • Must be willing to participate in fun company outings all year!
    Compensation : 
    • Full-time
    • $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
    • Career path (the more you learn the more you earn!)
    • Overtime hours (1.5x after 40 hours per week)
    • Incentive plan to earn bonuses per pool built

    • Fix & troubleshoot pool equipment and hydraulic systems
    • Love to work outdoors
    • Maintain pool chemistry and water clarity
    • Provide exceptional customer service and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
    Skill Set & Experience Needed :
    • You work well alone and within a timeline
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Ability to learn on the job
    • Must be willing to participate in fun company outings all year!
    • Previous pool knowledge (preferred but not required)
    • Basic tool knowledge
    • Customer service
    Compensation : 
    • Full-time 
    • $30,000 starting salary
